Home Health Aide (HHA)
Home health aides work directly with clients and families in their homes. They are part of a team of healthcare professionals that includes doctors, nurses, social workers, therapist and other specialist. The home health aide performs assigned tasks, such as measuring vital signs, and provides or assists with personal care, such as bathing and meal preparation. Home Health Aides have at least 75 hours of training. The certification program is designed to provide you with the knowledge and skills to successfully pursue a career in home healthcare focusing on basic duties, procedures, and responsibilities; the need for effective communication; awareness of safety precaution, and the needs associated with caring for specific populations. This program helps you develop the confidence you need to reach for your career goals because we integrate job search prep into your studies.
Upcoming class dates:
State-Tested Nurse Aide (STNA)
A State Tested Nursing Assistant performs assigned nursing tasks. They help patients with activities of daily living and other healthcare needs under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). This 76-hour program prepares you to take The Ohio State Board of Nursing Exam for nursing assistants.
The STNA program will prepare you to perform assigned functions of personal care to patients in long-term care facilities, assisted living and/or hospice.
Proof of Vaccination is required to attend program
The federal government has mandated that everyone working for a facility such as nursing home or hospital is required to be fully vaccinated or present a medical or religious waiver.
As part of training to become a STNA you are required to attend two clinical sessions, which are held in nursing homes. Both clinical and class hours are mandatory to sit for the State Licensing Exam. This is a Federal Mandate.
Phlebotomy Technician
Phlebotomy Technicians are critical team members at hospitals, diagnostic laboratories, and blood donor centers.
As advancements in medical technology rise, it’s an especially exciting time to begin a career in this thriving field. You can earn your Phlebotomy Technician Certification in less than two months from NPCE (National Phlebotomy Examination Certification).
This program will give you the confidence in your skills and abilities to set yourself up for success and reach your career goals in the rewarding healthcare industry.
The Phlebotomy Short-Term Certificate is a skilled-oriented program designed to educate and train persons to skillfully:
- Collect blood specimens in a variety of situations.
- Special blood collecting techniques
- Medical terminology
- Medical ethics, asepsis, and human biology
- Learn in six to eight-weeks of clinical hands-on experience in a hospital or medical clinic.
Phlebotomy is one of the fastest-growing careers in healthcare. The Phlebotomy Technician Program teaches students the proper specimen collection techniques for prevention, testing, and diagnosis of diseases. Students will learn how to perform routine venipunctures, dermal sticks, winged infusion sets, and syringes.
At Evolving Now Foundation Inc. our phlebotomy classes are small, ensuring an optimal learning environment for our students. We offer phlebotomy classes in both the morning and evening to help accommodate your busy schedule.

Dispatch Freight Movers Mastery Certificate

Freight dispatchers are professionals who are familiar with the complexities of the transportation industry, and have the knowledge and experience to arrange shipments. A Dispatcher analyzes the requirements for each load and then finds the carrier that best suits the needs of the shipper. The dispatchers will then set up the logistics and arrange for the shipment to be picked up and delivered.
Freight dispatchers are responsible for the communication between the shipper and the carrier. They will ensure that all paperwork is completed correctly and that all parties are in agreement with the terms of the shipment. As a dispatcher you will also provide tracking information, customer support and will help resolve any delivery issues that may arise during the transportation process.
Earning a Certificate with Evolving Now Foundation Inc as a Dispatcher you help you become an expert in the freight transportation industry and play a vital role in freight forwarding.
Expected Outcome of Course:
- Assist with haul route development
- Monitor electronic logs for DOT compliance
- Work with Management to ensure DOT compliance (paperwork)
- Help locate and coordinate trucking fleet to meet demand
- Help track and improve costs of hauling
- Problem resolution and analytical ability

Patient Access Representative (Coming Soon)
Patient Access Representative is a 2 month training course that will teach the responsibility for communicating with patients, families, physicians, and insurance companies to obtain information and insurance verification to assure quality patient care and payment of hospital accounts.
This includes greeting patients, providing information, answering phones, registering outpatients and/or inpatients, coding lab accounts and entering orders as required.
Our program prepares you for the CHAA (Certified Healthcare Access Associate) exam. This program ensures knowledge with patient registration in obtaining all demographics, insurance information, appropriate codes, and authorizations from insurance companies, patients (or their representatives) and physicians in a courteous and efficient manner for billing. Other duties pertinent to optimal customer service, patient flow, and efficient staff utilization are also expected.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of various computer software applications and basic computer skills.
